Fabulous stay. The food is good, the receptionist spoke English which was really helpful for us. We did an all day boat ride and saw tons of wildlife including 10 jaguars. The boat guides are truely incredible at spotting the jags. Also saw an array of birds, mamals and reptiles along with pretty vegetation. Highly reccomend booking directly with the hotel and renting a car in dry season. It's a long drive but completely doable and will cut the price by more than half

An amazing and unforgettable stay. From the moment we entered, we felt very welcome — the staff were all excellent. Food was good too. We booked everything directly with the hotel (stay and boat tour), and drove a rented car from Cuiaba airport. This saved us a lot of money compared to those who buy everything directly with a tour company. We stayed 2 nights and did the boat tour all day after the first night. We thought this was plenty of time on the water and we managed to see 10 jaguars, a tapir, many caiman (and one catching a huge fish), toucan, capybara, countless birds and a handful of monkeys too! The rooms are basic but do the job and are pretty good considering its very remote location. Also the wifi is surprisingly fast as they use Starlink!

A great place to stay for your jaguar safari. The hotel was busy during our stay, which was only apparent at mealtimes. We used the swimming pool daily, sometimes twice. The food was very good. Rooms were basic, but adequate for our needs. I'm not sure how the water is treated, but it left my hair feeling very odd and sticky. However, it was good being able to have a hot shower here, in what felt like the middle of nowhere.
